The farm

In their words.

Pleasant Valley Beef. Give your family the best. Our beef is "True Natural." Our cattle are raised on a strict all-vegetarian diet; they are never administered antibiotics or growth hormones commonly used to promote faster growth and weight gain. These Central Utah mountain valley cattle grow naturally on a stringent regimen of fresh water, grass and hay. They never receive any animal by-products or beef tallow in their diet. They're just good, clean natural beef tended by real cowboys on the open range or home in the pasture—the way cows were meant to be raised. Strict adherence to environmentally sound practices and unsurpassed humane treatment of the cattle guarantees great flavor, tenderness and personal satisfaction for our customers. You may order whole, half, quarter or split quarters. We also have our popular sample packs and ground beef. We are vendors at the Thanksgiving Point Farmers Market on Friday from 3-7pm starting in August and ending in October. We are also vendors at the Provo Farmers Market on Saturday from 9-2 starting in August and ending in October.

Editor’s note

Pleasant Valley Beef lists grass-fed and no antibiotics on their public-facing materials. These are the producer’s own claims; we do not independently audit them. Available locally in Utah.
