Big Sur Bovine is a 100% grass-fed and grass-finished ranch. Cattle have always lived in Monterey County under one owner, a cow/calf producer who is also trying to sell his best calves directly to people who care about what they eat. Taking bulk orders for late spring. Beef will be aged 10 days, broken into smaller cuts, vacuum sealed and frozen.
