Wilsey Ranch Grass Fed Beef was created by family ranchers Debby and Ed to raise high-quality, 100% grass-fed BEEF for caring consumers. Debby and late husband Ed were founding members of the Boise Farmers Market and have been honored as the Owyhee County Conservationist of the Year. Today Debby and daughters Rachel and Lisa manage the ranch in the Owyhee Mountains, supplying the Treasure Valley and beyond with quality 100% grass fed beef. We offer many options for anyone's needs: individual cuts, ground beef box, mixed cuts boxes, quarter, half, or whole beef. All animals can be traced back to the ranch, often for several generations; no outside animals are purchased for harvest. The ranch is Animal Welfare Certified (Gap step 4) and non-GMO through IMI Global; cattle are never given hormones, antibiotics, grains, corn or corn stocks, nor soy or byproducts.
Wilsey Ranch Grass Fed Beef lists grass-fed, grass-finished, no antibiotics, no gmos, no hormones, pasture-raised, and regenerative on their public-facing materials. These are the producer’s own claims; we do not independently audit them. They ship nationally to the continental US.
