Truman Hill Farm offers 100% grass-fed and grass-finished BEEF by the quarter, half, or whole. We also offer bundles of our beef ranging from ribeye, filet, and NY strip to premium ground beef to specialty beef sausages, roasts, ribs, and more. Our Angus and Hereford beef is raised on no-spray pastures, rotationally grazed, and given zero grain, antibiotics, or added hormones. With natural supplements such as Redmond salt and Thorvin kelp and low-stress handling, our cattle finish into well marbled tender beef that is as tasty as it is nutritious! Truman Hill Farm has a strong focus on stewardship. Our land is protected by a conservation easement, our creek banks have been fenced and reforested, and we were named an Outstanding Forest Steward for woodland management. Beef bundles are available at regular pickup points in Moneta, Roanoke, and Christiansburg, and with home delivery through the Roanoke Valley. Wholes, halves and quarters are available seasonally for pickup at the processor.
