C&F Farms is a third-generation family farm in Roanoke, VA. We offer grass-fed, grass-finished beef; pastured non-GMO pork; pastured non-GMO chicken; and pastured non-GMO turkey. Beef: Our cows spend their entire lives grazing our diverse forage pastures with access to high-quality supplements such as sea salt and Nordic Sea kelp. They live the life nature intended for them. Add in that our cows are never exposed to pesticides nor given any antibiotics or artificial hormones, and you have beef you can feel good about eating. Plus, it tastes amazing! Pork: Our pigs are rotated through a combination of open pastures as well as orchard/wooded areas. Their diet is based mainly on natural forage as they rotate through a variety of paddocks. As they grow and require added feed supplementation, we provide locally sourced non-GMO grain. Poultry: Our chickens and turkeys also live their lives outdoors as nature intended. They free-range in our pastures and are rotated regularly for access to new forages. Like our pigs, the chickens are given a free-choice, non-GMO feed from a local feed producer.
