Ellett Valley Beef Co. is a small, family farm in the mountains of Southwest Virginia near Blacksburg. We have raised beef cattle continuously since 1975 and are still going strong.. Our mission is to produce healthy, tasty grass-finished beef in a responsible, sustainable fashion, and to produce quality Red Devon seedstock cattle. Our protocols include: Humane animal treatment Rotational grazing No hormones, no antibiotics No grain feeding No chemicals Animals in the beef program must be born and raised on the farm. Our grass-finished Devon beef is sold by the quarter, half, or whole, based on packaged weight, as well as 20-pound family packs when available.
