In their words.
Longview Farm is a diverse, regenerative farm, 18 miles down the Potomac south from Washington DC. We raise our cows, chickens, and pigs humanely and do not feed them hormones, antibiotics, growth stimulants nor animal-by-products. The meat is vacuum packed at a USDA inspected processor in October, after at least 3 months of grazing green grass. We sell halves and wholes in October and individual cuts year-round. Acorn-finished Berkshire PORK: Best-tasting Berkshire pigs are rotated through large paddocks in the woods every two weeks where they can root for grubs, sleep, and wallow, as pigs like to do. T…
Longview Farm lists grass-fed, no antibiotics, no hormones, pasture-raised, and regenerative on their public-facing materials. These are the producer’s own claims; we do not independently audit them.
