Welcome to Solstice Beef Company! (formerly Rucker Farm) We’re Garrett and Isabelle, raising 100% grass-fed, grass-finished BEEF in the rolling hills of Central Virginia. Our three kids grow up alongside the herd, learning each day how healthy soil, diverse grasses, and thoughtful grazing create better beef, and a better future. We move our cattle frequently, giving each pasture time to rest and regrow. This keeps our soil thriving, our water clean, and our land improving year after year. This is our family’s livelihood, not a side project. We’re a working farm dedicated to providing for our kids today while building something enduring for the generations that follow.
