Just pure regenerative practices that benefit your health and our planet. Grass-fed and Grass-Finished Dry-Aged Beef – No vaccines, antibiotics or hormones, ever. Regeneratively pasture raised, and dry aged 14 days. We offer whole, half, quarters and eighths, and you can get all the bones/fat/offal at no extra charge when you order a whole. Pasture-Raised Heritage Pork – Our pigs are free-range, pasture-raised, grass-fed, and supplemented with non-GMO, corn-free and soy-free feed. (Our heritage breed pigs are never given vaccines, hormones or chemicals. We offer pork by the whole or half, and you can choose your own cut sheets for the butcher to follow. You can also receive all the offal/bones/fat at no charge when you order a whole. Pasture-Raised Chicken – Our meat birds are pastured and supplemented with non-GMO, soy- and corn-free feed.
