PORK—Pasture-raised Berkshire pork; chops, sausages, bacon, hams, and more. CHICKEN—Pasture-raised chickens are moved to new pastures daily; whole birds, breasts, legs, thighs and more. TURKEY—Pasture-raised turkeys that forage on actively growing pastures; whole birds available seasonally. ORGAN MEATS, LARD/SUET, and BONES are also available by the package.
