Prospect Ridge Farms, Inc. is a small family farm in south-central Tennessee committed to providing fresh, clean, wholesome food. We offer pastured grass-fed/finished LAMB and BEEF. We offer pastured poultry (chickens) supplemented only with custom milled corn-free, soy-free, non-GMO feed. We utilize intensive rotational grazing practices, moving our livestock every 24-48 hours and our poultry every 12 hours. This protects our soil, our pastures, our environment, and our livestock. Our lamb is processed from the Katahdin breed of hair sheep, producing a superior quality meat product with a milder taste than is more commonly associated with lamb. We are USDA meat producers operating under a TN Department of Agriculture permit and currently the only producer in southern middle Tennessee offering USDA inspected and humanely processed poultry products free of corn, soy, and GMOs. We are dedicated to education, association, and practices that are holistic and sustainable.
