Parker Pastures connects people to delicious and healthy foods from healthy animals on healthy lands. We currently raise 100% Grass-fed BEEF, 100% Grass-fed LAMB, Meadow-Raised PORK, and Fresh DAIRY for Gunnison, Crested Butte, Montrose, and Telluride residents and visitors. We also offer a bulk meat delivery to the Denver Metro Area in the fall. Our American Red Devon Beef, Cheviot Lambs, and Jersey Dairy Cows graze on the lush pristine mountain grasses of the Gunnison Valley, and no grain is fed….ever. We use Holistic Management Planned Grazing to assure fresh daily access of high quality pastures for our animals. Holistic Management Planned Grazing is critical in improving the degraded ecosystems of the arid West. As a result, all land under Parker Pasture Management is actually INCREASING in biodiversity, water holding capacity, soil carbon, and production. Just another reason to feel good about eating our foods! Parker Pastures features year-round Meat CSAs (Community Supported Agriculture), bulk meats (wholes, halves, quarters), and meat by the cut from the Gunnison, Crested Butte, Montrose, and Telluride Farmers markets from June through October.
