Kookaburra Farm has been raising 100% grass fed meats for over 20 years, following biological principles of soil and land management to create healthy forages for healthy beef. We strive to only finish mature, well-fattened animals that bring juicy, flavorful eating full of the good fats that grass-fed beef has to offer. The key to our management system is keeping the animals well fed and minimalizing stress in every aspect of their lives. Our cattle are processed at a family-run USDA facility where the beef is dry aged, vacuum packed, and blast frozen. We sell 40-pound "Family Packs" with 50% ground beef and 50% steaks and roasts as well as individual cuts when available. Visit our website for full details and pictures.
