Engler Beef. All beef is not created equal! We have been breeding our cattle over the last decade specifically to finish on grass. At our headquarters in Sonora, California, we curate and manage irrigated pastures with a soil-based, regenerative approach. Lush warm-season grasses and legumes, combined with rotational grazing and plenty of pasture rest, help create an ideal, holistic environment for our cattle to chow. You won't find better grass-finished beef anywhere else in the area. Our unique Angus and Red Angus genetics, combined with our extremely high-quality grass, create a beautifully beefy result, with more tenderness, marbling, (GOOD) fat, and a clean and complex beef flavor that is unmatched. It's the best of both worlds. The cattle are about two years old at slaughter, and their gentle, easy-going temperaments are another key ingredient in the process.
