Crawley's Country Beef LLC and Texas Bred Organic Meat, specializes in grass-fed and grass-finished, organically raised Red Angus BEEF with Red Devon influence. Texas Bred, Texas Born and Texas Raised, on one central Texas ranch. All beef sold is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. We practice organic standards in managing all our beef—no hormones, no steroids, no antibiotics, no pesticides, and no herbicides—but our cattle are not certified organic. All animals are grass-fattened on pasture where they were born. The beef exclusively comes from our herd of momma cows. For over 30 years we have selected beef genetics for a quality eating experience. All our cows, bulls, and offspring graze freely year-round in a natural environment. Our pastures consist of a variety of native and introduced grasses and legumes for quality grazing and finishing of all animals. Beef is dry-aged a minimum of 14 days, shrink wrapped, frozen, and sold in individual cuts. Custom half and whole beef are available at times during the year.
