Yankee Farmer's Market provides high quality meats in a sustainable, small farm setting. For more than 27 years, we have been involved in educating, producing, and distributing buffalo meat. We offer a full line of New England all-natural, hormone-free and antibiotic-free meats, including grass-fed beef and bison. We supply meat packages of all sizes, including whole, halves, and quarters. Our farm store includes fresh eggs, bacon, and many pantry products from other local farms. All meat is individually packaged, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen. Yankee Farmer’s Market also has a Meat CSA that runs monthly, year-round. Members receive their choice of species and size and choose pickup or shipping. We have raw pet food made from bison organs and trim, as well as raw and smoked bones. Plenty of bones and organs for humans, too! Loads of amazing bison and Scottish Highland cattle compost available for gardens, as well as cordwood, and turkeys for sale each winter holiday. Find us at any of the local fairs in the buffalo wagon serving up bison burgers, cheesesteaks, sausages, and hot dogs.
