U.S. Wellness Meats has a mission of providing superior quality, 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef, bison, elk, butter, lamb, raw cheeses; free-range, pastured poultry; compassionate certified pastured heirloom pork; wild-caught seafood; and gourmet rabbit as part of our overall goal of improving family nutrition, rural communities, and the environment. Our cattle are raised on high quality pastures with a cool-season grass species complemented with legumes and a sprinkling of native warm-season grasses. The pastures are managed intensively with the animals moving to fresh paddocks every 24 to 48 hours to give the forage plants maximum rest, which yields maximum quality on the next grazing period. U.S. Wellness Meats has an ala carte menu with over 400 choice cuts and products. Our menu also includes fully-cooked selections of beef including nutritious organ meat sausages like Liverwurst and Braunschweiger, along with many hard to find beef and lamb organs, bones, lard, tallow, and broths.
