In their words.

The Ortensi Farm is certified organic with NOFA-NY LLC and has been since 2006. Currently we sell certified organic grass fed beef, certified organic pastured whole turkeys and chickens. We take orders each spring to raise pastured pork and lamb, raise them through the growing season and have them processed in the late fall. They are sold as 1/2 or whole. We also take orders for 1/2 and whole beef. On our website we sell by the cut beef and whole chicken when in stock, turkeys are to order for Thanksgiving. Please refer to our website or call with any questions.

Editor’s note

The Ortensi Farm carries third-party certification: USDA Organic. Those bodies maintain public producer rosters that this listing has been cross-referenced against.
