Steuernagel Farm is a 200-acre farm located in beautiful Perrysburg, a rural community in Cattaraugus County, western New York State. Our Angus beef cattle herd is raised without the use of antibiotics or growth promotants. They graze on pastures and are fed baleage consisting of high-quality grasses, legumes, clover and alfalfa—never corn. Capitalizing on the excellent traits of the Angus breed allows us to produce lean, high-quality, natural beef. We ship twice a year in small numbers in order to maintain the all-natural, high-quality product our customers enjoy.
