In their words.

Skyview Farm and Creamery is a diverse, family-owned farm located on 80 acres approximately 50 miles south of Kansas City. Our goal is to provide healthy, nutritious food for our family and yours. In a society that believes that bigger and faster is the only way to survive, we subscribe to a different philosophy of sustainable agriculture. We believe that happy animals are those living in an environment that allows them to become what their Creator intended. Animals living here are raised naturally, avoiding the use of antibiotics, hormones, growth stimulants or other chemicals. The dairy cows and goats are the centerpiece of our farm. We produce delicious aged raw milk cheeses made with cow's milk, goat's milk, or a co-mingling of the two. As Kansas state law permits, we also sell fresh raw fluid milk from the farm. We also raise free-range eggs, and from time to time we have whole cow ground beef, pasture raised and whey fed pork, and grass fed lamb.
