We handle these cattle with expertise, gentleness and respect. Choose from a multitude of beef packages ranging from 10 pounds to 400 pounds per order of USDA inspected beef, packaged with high-tech barrier film insuring long-term freezer protection. We deliver within 250 miles of the ranch for a nominal fee. Sangres Best Beef cattle graze Music Meadows Ranch, recently conserved via the San Isabel Land Protection Trust. This mountain ranch has been in the Parker family since 1968. The cattle water from streams and ponds and thrive on a buffet of rich grasses on naturally fertilized, irrigated and dry land pastures which build a wonderful flavor profile into the beef.
