CHICKEN: Rotationally pastured, non-soy, GMO-free. Available as whole or cut-ups (breast, thighs, etc.) TURKEY: Rotationally pastured, non-soy, GMO-free. Available whole, or as iindividual cuts LAMB: 100% grass-fed, rotationally grazed, pastured. Sold in individually packaged cuts, or as wholes or halves custom-butchered and packaged to order. SOURDOUGH: home-baked breads and desserts. EGGS: Rotationally pastured, non-soy, and GMO-free AND: 100% grass-fed BEEF SNACKS (sticks, jerky, and summer sausage); raw, unfiltered, LOCAL HONEY; and Northern New York MAPLE SYRUP products—all made by local friends who produce these foods the way that we want for our own family.
