Rose Valley Angus Farm is located in Clyde, NY. We believe in using sustainable diversified farming practices, working with nature to regenerate the land by building healthier soil. Our goal is to produce the best animals under the most natural conditions. We are committed to raising our animals and birds in a way that will provide quality natural meat for a healthier you! Our products: Grass fed Angus beef. Whole, half, and quarter beef available April through November. Individual cuts available year-round. Pasture-raised heritage pork. Whole and half pig available in July and August only. Individual cuts available year-round. Pastured chicken. Whole birds available year-round. Individual cuts are available but limited. Pastured turkey available fresh for Thanksgiving. Must be pre-ordered. Our products are available for pick-up up at our farm by appointment, or at the CNY Regional Market every Saturday.
