Welcome to Mack Brook Farm: Kevin Jablonski and Karen Christensen, Owners. We raise grassfed Angus beef on 300 acres in the foothills of the Adirondacks. Our cattle are born and raised on the farm. They eat only our pasture grasses during the growing season and then hay from only our fields in winter.
