Linden Brook Farm LLC, established in 2022, is a sustainable family farm with a commitment to environmental stewardship. We are located in the south/east corner of Lancaster County, PA. We grow and sell direct—pickup at our farm—a variety of delicious berries: red and black raspberries, blueberries and strawberries, and asparagus. Non-washed, chemical-free, organically grown, these items are seasonal and limited in fresh supply. Call or email for info and availability. We raise and sell purebred Mangalitsa pigs (non-registered) and Katahdin Sheep. Our Mangalitsa pigs are pasture and woodland-raised pork (non-GMO, NO CORN, no antibiotics, or hormones). Mangalitsa pork is prized by top chefs for its tender texture and buttery flavor. With marbling comparable to Kobe beef, the meat is a heavily marbled, deep red pork that is unmatched in flavor. Mangalitsa is a rare and rustic lard-type swine breed that developed beginning in 1833 in several countries of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
