In their words.

Lau Family Farm. Looking for truly grass-fed and grass-finished beef or lamb? Looking for a farm you can trust to raise their animals ethically? Please check us out. We are proud to have been producing grass-fed beef and lamb for over 16 years. We work hard to treat our animals, our land, and our customers right. Our animals spend their lives grazing in our fields and pastures. During the winter months they are fed with hay, stored alfalfa, sainfoin and grasses we grow for them. We do not give hormone implants to our animals but allow them to grow naturally. All our meat is antibiotic free and carefully cut by our skilled butcher. Check out our online store to see the various cuts and bundles of cuts available. We also have Artisan sausages made from our meats by Lost River Meats in Mackay, Idaho. Looking for a larger volume of meat? We offer whole and half lambs, as well as quarter, half and whole beef. Our butcher will cut and package the half and whole orders just the way you like it. Yarn and felt made from our ewe's wool is also available via our store. Regular drop-offs are scheduled in many communities in Northern Utah and Southeast Idaho year-round. Check our website for de…
