We raise 100% grassfed and finished BEEF, embracing flavor, texture, and fat while celebrating seasonality. Through our genetic work, we’ve bred a line of cattle that thrives on Virginia’s phytonutrient-rich forages. Our Black and Red Angus and South Poll cattle finish well, with intramuscular fat (marbling) and a fat cap that allows our beef carcasses to properly dry age, providing an unforgettable eating experience with increased nutrient density. Our beef is Animal Welfare Approved and Certified Grassfed by A Greener World, ensuring our animals are handled with the highest standard of care by the most trusted labels on the market.
