Green Leaf Farms: Century-Old Roots, Pure Pasture-Raised Proteins Green Leaf Farms is a North Carolina Century Farm located in Cabarrus County, just north of Charlotte, between Concord and Mount Pleasant. We are dedicated to regenerative agriculture, providing our community with grass-fed and finished beef, woodland-pastured pork, pastured eggs, and pasture-raised whole chickens. Our Farming Practices Grass-Fed & Finished Beef: Our cattle are intensively rotationally grazed on pastures free for over a decade from commercial fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. They are 100% forage-fed—grass and hay only—from birth to harvest. You’ll taste the unique terroir of our local soil in every cut. Woodland Pastured Pork: Our pigs roam through timbered pastures, foraging on an omnivore’s dream of acorns and hickory nuts. Pasture-Raised Poultry: We offer whole chickens (meat birds) available throughout the year. Our meat birds are moved daily to fresh pasture, allowing them to "glean and clean" the land.
