Constant Springs Farm, owned by the Falb Family, is a multi-generational farm specializing in raising grass fed/finished BEEF. Our cattle enjoy a new section of pasture each day throughout the grazing season, and hay grown on our farm sustains the cattle through the winter months. We strive to be good stewards of our land and watershed by creating an environment where life above and below the ground can thrive. We understand the importance of avoiding chemicals to manage weeds and pests, as well as using cover crops and a carefully managed grazing system to improve soil health and resilience to a changing climate. The crops grown on our farm have been certified organic since 2011. The cattle graze certified organic pasture and hay, but our BEEF is not certified organic at this time. In 2019, we invested in a solar array sized to meet most of our yearly energy needs. It also contributes renewable energy to the grid when it captures more energy than we are using. We consider grass-fed/finished beef to be a seasonal item. Our beef is primarily available in late spring/early summer and in the fall when grass is in abundance.
