The farm

In their words.

Clover Farms was started with the goal of providing locally grown, wholesome, and sustainable foods to Northeast Florida. Our current focus is on providing highly sustainable, humanely raised meats and eggs to our community. Our offerings are starting with grassfed beef and outdoor-living eggs and will soon be expanding to include heritage pork and poultry. We use the latest regenerative growing techniques to continuously heal the land we grow on. Instead of depleting the soil of nutrients and carbon through excessive tilling and the dumping of artificial fertilizers, we keep carbon in the soil where it belongs and seed our pastures with clover which supplies important nutrients for our livestock. We're starting a movement and sincerely hope you'll join us. Our promise to our customers is simple: we will never grow for today at the expense of tomorrow. Grassfed From Start to Finish – Our cattle are rotationally grazed on open pastures with plenty of fresh forage, resulting in robust beef that looks and tastes better. And because our regenerative growing techniques are a net carbon sink, you can tell your climate change friends to stuff it. Outdoor-Living Eggs – When you buy our egg…

Editor’s note

Clover Farms lists grass-fed and regenerative on their public-facing materials. These are the producer’s own claims; we do not independently audit them.
