Bauman Family Farms is a family-owned farming operation located in Southern Illinois. Our grass-fed and finished beef, lamb, and pastured pork spend their entire life on our pasture and are hormone- and antibiotic-free. We are passionate about regenerative agriculture and strive to work with nature to improve our soil. We believe healthy soil is the foundation of a healthy farm. We practice intentional, regenerative management strategies designed to improve our land each day. Our South Poll cattle display exceptional grass-based genetics. They are known for their efficiency, adaptability, and performance on grass-based systems. Their genetics contribute to the exceptional taste and quality of our grass-finished beef. We are dedicated to regenerating our soil, cultivating healthier plants, and raising healthier animals – resulting in nutrient-dense meat for our family as well as yours.
