10-Fold Farm is a 50-acre, woman-owned-and-operated farm in Molalla, Oregon, raising your chicken on pasture in mobile coops. I will also have turkey available by Thanksgiving. Chicken is available for delivery once a week to Portland or Salem and starting with the 2025 crop of poultry I will begin selling at Farmer’s Markets in the Portland Area. Farm pickup is available by appointment. Orders are placed on my website. I am looking into starting, pork, lamb and beef, so check my website for current availability. For the larger animals, I am training through the Savory Institute for wholistic management which uses rotational grazing and awareness of how each organism affects the whole. Whether large animal, or small, this management style produces healthy pastures, which can retain moisture better through stronger plant roots, allowing better ecological outcomes in this little corner of the earth. This translates into healthier meats, for a healthier you, and a healthier climate.
